Mat Work Classes
We offer a range of mat classes throughout the week including Beginners, Mixed Ability and Intermediate Mat which you can find on our timetable. In addition we also offer the following specific classes:
This specific class will allow you to take some time out whilst helping your body as it is going through many changes. Pregnancy Pilates is run as a 6 week course.
Vinyasa style yoga - moving with purpose and intention, focusing on quality, functional movements to improve mobility and ease of body and mind. This dynamic class is challenging yet soothing, with movement, breath work and relaxation techniques to help you rebalance and re centre.
