Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Yoga classes using flowing dynamic movements to strengthen the body and mind. Classes focus on purposeful and functional 

movements to improve mobility and ease of body and mind, helping you to rebalance and re-centre.

Classes are mixed ability, so everyone is welcome.
