On Tuesday evenings we run two specific Pilates classes for cyclists. During these tailored classes we look at some of the postural imbalances caused by hours in the saddle such as low back pain, knee pain and neck and upper back pain. Exercises are especially chosen to off set some of these issues as well as developing that all important core strength and stability in order to maximise efficiency on the bike.
