Siobhan was introduced to the benefits of Pilates after she was motivated to get strong after the birth of her two children. Her earlier career was in marketing.
She qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2002 and further training on apparatus has allowed her to follow a classical route with her teaching and self practice.
She says, “I love Pilates because it really works if done religiously and deliberately. I like to use various small props and balls to assist the targeting of specific muscles and patterns of movement with everyone . I am meticulous with my clients to ensure that they have good knowledge and achieve progress that influences every day of their lives. As a teacher there is always something new which is highly motivating and I have a very inclusive nature and am passionate about effects of this method on both the mind and body."
