Tanya Mason

Tanya fell in love with Pilates when she started practicing to help with sciatica. She quickly saw results and realised how great she felt after a Pilates session.

While she was pregnant, she practiced Pilates exercises everyday.  It helped her stay strong and feel great throughout pregnancy and it minimised pain from all the physical changes in her body and kept her active and healthy.

She started teaching in 2016 after moving to London with her husband, from Australia.  She trained with Lisa Bradshaw for Reformer Pilates and HIP Pilates Matwork and loves to change class styles to reflect the mood.  She has also spent the last few years working with Women’s Health Physios to tailor exercise programs for pre and post natal women.
