Hannah Addison






Hannah is a co-director of Pilates Esher. She had been practising Pilates for many years and qualified as a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in 2017. Hannah holds her Level 3 Mat Work certification as well as Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel Qualifications. Hannah is also a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.
Hannah is passionate about helping women over 40 build a strong and confident body using Pilates and Strength training.
Hannah studied dance and performing arts from the age of 5 and trained with Italia Conti stage school as a young person. Hannah studied at the Oxford school of Drama and appeared in film, television and commercials as well as gaining experience as a choreographer. After sustaining a dance injury, which led to a change in career plans, Hannah discovered that Pilates offered a safe and effective exercise workout and this ultimately led to her Pilates journey.
Hannah enjoys building rapport with clients and helping them achieve their specific goals.
