We place the utmost importance on your privacy, so please rest assured that any personal information that you give us will remain securely stored and we will only ask you for information that we feel we must have in order to ensure that we can meet your needs and expectations as efficiently and effectively as possible. We do not and never will sell or trade your email address or other personal information with other companies.
Your Personal Information
For professional and insurance reasons we are required to collect information about you when you take part in your first class or session. This may include information such as your name, date of birth and medical history. This is mostly done via our Client Enrolment Form. We also input some of this information on Team Up (please see below). All information you provide will be stored securely. We must keep this information for at least 7 years as per our professional and insurance requirements. This information will only ever be used for teaching purposes and will not be shared with a third party.
Our Communications to you
We send out e-newsletters from time to time. These include important updates and information relating to Pilates Esher. This is typically done using the MailChimp service. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time and you can do so by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.
Third Party
Pilates Esher uses Team Up software for bookings and day to day operations. Team Up stores all data on computers physically located within the United States. Team Up complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. TeamUp has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such data, which complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU.
You have the right to be forgotten
As part of the GDPR legislation you have the right to be forgotten. Please contact us at info@pilatesesher.com and your personal information will be removed from Team Up.
Cookies
We do use some Cookies on this website – Cookies are stored on your internet browser and are designed to make any future visits to our website as efficient and pain-free as possible by remembering pages or preferences, for example. We use these Cookies to track what pages are visited on our website and to facilitate your purchases (i.e. by remembering what’s in your basket) if you are buying anything on our website or booking online with us.
