Sally Campbell

Sally has practised Pilates for more than 17 years, having first been introduced to it by a physio after a hip and shoulder injury. She was so impressed by how much it helped her recovery and improved her strength and stamina.

 

Initially practising Pilates mat, she was inspired by her teacher to try reformer classes, which she loved.

 

After a job redundancy, Sally took the opportunity to train as a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in Level 3 Mat and subsequently reformer. 

 

Sally is keen to share her love of Pilates with her clients, creating challenging and varied lessons that can be adapted to all abilities. She enjoys seeing the results that regular practice can bring.
