Pilates Esher On Demand is a comprehensive (and growing) video library of Pilates Classes taught by Pilates Esher Studio teachers. The classes are perfect for you to do at home or when travelling. They range in length from 10 minutes to 45 minutes, from beginners to advanced levels from core blasts to morning stretches, we have it all! We also have a 5 part beginners programme, taking you through the basic exercises and key points of technique. 


New videos are uploaded regularly so there is always something new to keep it fresh. The video library costs only £12 per month, this is set up on a rolling monthly basis but you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
