Rachel's pilates journey started 12 years ago when searching for something to improve her confidence, posture, and make her stronger both physically and mentally. She started taking mat classes and was amazed at how this was one thing she could do that truly enabled her to quiet her mind and forget about the lists that were constantly running through her mind. She soon caught the bug and eager to learn more decided to invest in herself and train as a teacher.

 

She trained  with Body Control Pilates in 2015 and was lucky to work with some amazing teachers (including Paul). 

 

She moved to the USA In 2016 and continued her  learning journey training in Pilates Equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel), TRX and Barre. For the last 5 years she has been teaching both group and private sessions in New York City.

 

She loves the community Pilates brings together and enjoys creating  fun, energizing, challenging flows that can be adapted to all abilities.
